Where can I buy Kiroot’s products?

We currently have an official distributor, Nutribiotica S.L. You can find and purchase all Kiroot products on their website. We ship our products to Spain and Portugal, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Madeira and Azores. If you live there and want to find our products there, please send us an email at info@kiroot.es

Each individual has unique health needs, which is why our supplements are not designed to treat any specific condition. Instead, their purpose is to support overall health maintenance. What are the symptoms of magnesium deficiency?

Total body magnesium deficiency can lead to various symptoms or signs that will alert us of a lack of this mineral. The most frequent symptoms are fatigue, lack of energy, resistance to vitamin D, muscular issues (contractions, tension…), irritability, nervousness, gastric discomfort, headaches, sadness and even mood disorders, and a tendency to hyperventilate.

What is the difference between Mag-root Basic and KocoMag?

Mag-root Basic is a supplement that contains two organic forms of magnesium: magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate. Its formula is designed to provide additional magnesium in cases of overall deficiency or when there is an increased demand due to stress. Both forms are easily absorbed and do not cause gastrointestinal issues. It can also be helpful in cases of constipation. These forms of magnesium are suitable for bone, cardiovascular and metabolic health, as well as for supporting muscle function.

What is Lactoferrin?

Lactoferrin is a protein that can be found in human and other mammal’s milk. It’s also produced in smaller amounts in some of our tissue. One of lactoferrin’s key benefits is its antimicrobial properties, which help fight bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. It also has immunomodulatory properties and helps regulate iron metabolism.

How do I store the supplements?

Once opened, food supplements must be stored in dry and cool places. They can be stored at room temperature and it isn’t necessary to refrigerate them. They must be stored away from direct sunlight.

How can I place an order?

Select the product that you need and add it to your cart. The added products will remain in the cart at all moments. You can keep buying or finish your order once you have everything that you need. You can add or delete a product as many times as you need.

To finish, make sure that your order is correct, proceed to payment, and you are done! We will send you an email once your order has been shipped.

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

Yes. Once you proceed to payment, you can specify your shipping address and your billing address. By default, the system will use the shipping address that you have saved before. Add a new address by clicking on “+Add address” and fill out the sections that you wish to modify.

How can I know when my order will be shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email. We will process your order as soon as possible so that you receive it within the designated period.

When will I receive my order?

Unless any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, you will receive your order in the period designated on our website. The delivery time is between 24 to 72 hours after the order is received and shipped from our warehouse. For deliveries to island destinations in the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is extended to 96 business hours.

The product that I need appears on the website but it’s out of stock

Kiroot works to ensure that all its products are available on its website, so if any product is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated.

How can I cancel my order?
